Remember the late 80’s when Manchester’s music and culture merged alternative rock with acid house and dance to create the Madchester scene?

For anyone feeling a bit nostalgic or just a fan of the era, now is your last chance to experience the one of a kind Madchester-themed escape room at Breakout.

Whether you’re an escape room pro with the detective skills of Sherlock Holmes or a Breakout newbie who enjoys a bit of a challenge and is mad about Madchester, this unique and truly iconic game is Manchester’s original escape room experience – and its most difficult.

Enter into the world of Zack, a passionate Manchester memorabilia collector who loves anything and everything Manc.

A group of thieves have escaped from Strangeways and have been tipped off that Zack has got some pretty pricey items stashed away in his big collection.

As you break into his bedroom to steal his valuable memorabilia, you suddenly find yourselves trapped.

With only 60 minutes to steal all of Zack’s expensive collectables and escape, do you and your prison pals have what it takes to get out without getting caught?

With a 5 star difficulty level, you need to get your thinking caps on and work together finding the clues if you want to win. Let’s face it, nobody wants to be a loser.

This is one of the most challenging rooms that Breakout currently has, so it’s advised you take the whole squad with you to ensure you make it out in time.

And in case you’re wondering, you don’t need ANY prior knowledge of Manchester to play this room – and you might even learn a thing or two along the way.

The game came be found at Breakout on Brazennose Street next to the Town Hall.

They are leaving this venue behind soon, but don’t fret because they’re staying firmly in Manchester with their High Street venue remaining open as usual.

So now is the time to book a slot and try out the truly unique Madchester room before Breakout pack their Town Hall bags on 1st May and it’s gone forever.

Don’t look back in anger, book now to avoid disappointment.
