NEW glitzy destination bar arrives at Gaucho Manchester

The Bar at Gaucho, Manchester’s new destination bar, will open its doors after much anticipation.

In true Gaucho style, sparkling in Argentine glitz and glamour, The Bar at Gaucho will be a destination for those that know in the North West. With the Gaucho restaurant already being a popular destination for the celebrated faces of Manchester, The Bar at Gaucho is set to make even more of a mark on the city’s social scene.

Showcasing opulence at its core the new bar will boast a spectacular white marble floor, plush black leather booths and a snug area. An under-lit, black cracked glass bar framed in deep button black leather, will see many a delicious drink served as revellers are set to enjoy an incredible drinks offering. Transitioning from a glamorous lunch spot during the day through to the place to party at night, you can take your pick from an innovative selection of Argentine inspired cocktails, as well as a fabulous all Argentine wine list. You can also come and enjoy Gaucho’s lunch menu in the relaxed, comfy space during the daytime.

The Bar at Gaucho has been made possible by completely re-working and redesigning an existing space and extending this to create a larger and very glamorous space. Designers have been carefully selected from around the country, lighting fixtures sourced from around the world and furniture created specifically for the space in order to create an intriguing and unique space. Reflections and textures are played with and highlighted by the lighting design creating trickery and heightening intrigue. There will also be a new glass-walled wine room that will create a striking divide between the bar and our restaurant area.

With striking lighting, a new sound system, brand new DJ stand and impressive bi-folding windows that will open up in the summertime, The Bar at Gaucho is set to be the ‘place to be seen’ this summer.
