The Manchester glitterati were out in force last night to celebrate the opening of premium cocktail bar Dirty Martini.

VIP guests were treated to expertly crafted cocktails and nibbles over the venue’s two floors and danced the night away at the glamorous launch party.

The Manchester venue is the first in the north and looks like it’s about set to make an impact on the late night food and drink scene.

With truly innovative flavour combinations such as the exotic Dragon Fruit & Pomegranate Martini and the vibrantly sweet Blood Orange & Vanilla Martini, as well as serving cocktail favourites such as the eponymous Dirty Martini or the refreshing Passionfruit Martini, it’s hardly surprising that the menu is famous nationwide.

To celebrate the launch, Dirty Martini has created an exclusive cocktail to add to Manchester’s menu.

The Manchestini is inspired by Manchester’s iconic symbol, the worker bee, and consists of bee pollen, liquid honey, dried lavender, lemon juice, coconut water, Kalani coconut rum liquor and Manchester Gin, garnished with a mini honey dipper, encrusted with delicious honeycomb.

It’s available for a limited time only, exclusively at Dirty Martini.

“We’re incredibly excited to have opened Dirty Martini in Manchester and to have had so many people join us to celebrate our launch last night,” said general manager Christopher Sproule.

“We offer a brand new approach to the standard cocktail bar offering and feel honoured to be a part of Manchester’s community.”

With its glamorous bars and interiors, extensive menu of bespoke martinis and cocktails, DJs every weekend, and an irresistible happy hour offer, Dirty Martini looks like becoming Manchester’s newest hotspot. Last night certainly put it on the map.
