Visitors are welcomed to dine 19 floors above the city, as the restaurant is plunged into darkness, with thousands of candles and the shimmering city landscapes serving as the only sources of light.

Once seated, the immersive event will include a 4-course menu created by Executive Head Chef, Daniel Scott, and diners can take in the panoramic, unrivalled views of Manchester from 92 metres up in the air.

The 4-course menu, priced at £80pp, or £100pp for a VIP window table, includes:

• Chapter I – Canapés for the table
• Chapter II – Seared scallops, caramelised cauliflower, apple, golden raisin & tarragon
• Chapter III – Pan roasted sea bass, lobster pomme puree, charred leek, Champagne & roe velouté
• Chapter IV – Dark chocolate marquise, cherry sorbet
