Leading the charge is none other than the godlike genius frontman of The Stone Roses, Ian Brown, who will grace the event with his electrifying live show.

An Unmissable Lineup at FAC51 The Hacienda

The excitement is building rapidly as FAC51 The Hacienda unveils its star-studded lineup of performers for this all-day club event, taking place across five epic rooms.

Alongside Ian Brown, techno legends Leftfield will bring their acclaimed live set to the stage, following the resounding success of their sell-out dates in Manchester and a show-stopping appearance at Glastonbury earlier this year.

Adding to the magic are the live performances by dance music pioneers Inner City and Soul II Soul, as well as a much-anticipated comeback by Factory Records regulars, A Certain Ratio.

An International Gathering

The event will also showcase an impressive array of international DJs, each bringing their signature beats to captivate the crowd.

Returning to the hallowed halls of FAC51 are acclaimed DJs like David Morales, Roger Sanchez, Dimitri From Paris, Todd Terry, and Kevin Saunderson, who have all played unforgettable sets at the iconic club.

Joining them on the bill is the celebrated Norman Jay from the UK, too.

The Hacienda’s Legacy and Community

FAC51 The Hacienda inspired a generation and came to lay the foundations for dance music culture as it is today.

Originally conceived, founded and financed by Factory Records and New Order. The Hacienda is credited as the birthplace of Acid House and responsible for
shaping the face of UK club scene.

The ex-boat showroom on Whitworth Street West, Manchester that became The Hacienda and the cultural movements it gave birth to went on to have one of the biggest impacts on youth culture since the punk and through the combination of legendary nights and DJ’s, it changed clubbing from simply a night out to an intense, revelatory experience.

With the spirit that characterised those heady days and still bringing together top-class artists to celebrate the impact and influence of FAC51, this December’s Depot Mayfield event looks set to continue the very best traditions of The Hacienda.

With all three of The Hacienda’s previous Depot Mayfield shows considered to be some of the best events of those years, FAC51 takes over The Warehouse Project’s five rooms with one of the finest line ups of this or any year assembled.

A Reunion to Remember

One of the most anticipated moments of the event is the rare reunion of Mike Pickering and Graeme Park, joining forces for a special back-to-back set.

Their partnership has been instrumental in shaping The Hacienda’s identity, and their reunion promises to be an emotional highlight of the night.

Tickets on Sale

Tickets for this unmissable event go on general sale on Friday, 28th July 2023, at 10 AM.

About returning to Depot Mayfield in December, Peter Hook commented: “After a wonderful occasion last year and on our previous visits, we are delighted to
reaffirm that The Hacienda’s lifelong legacy is still alive and kicking especially following our recent success dancing in the rain at Castlefield Bowl.”

Meanwhile, Graeme Park added; “I’m already beyond excited about The Hacienda returning to Depot Mayfield this December.

“Last year’s event was absolutely epic and the line-up this time promises to make this another huge party. I’m also looking forward to DJing with Mike Pickering for the first time since April 2022. So come on then Manchester!

“You will not be disappointed.”
