The Liquor Store has promised to double the bar tab for anyone that books with a deposit. Add that to the list of reasons why one of the city’s hottest hangouts should be everyone’s go-to this spring.
Just put down a £50 deposit with your booking and you’ll be treated to a £100 bar tab on arrival.
Another perfect way to make a saving is The Dolly Club with a range of deals for just £5 Sunday-Thursday from 5pm till 9pm. Get your hands on 2 pints of Coors, 2 glasses of wine, 2 Jagerbombs or any cocktails for just a fiver.
You’d be crazy to miss out on a midweek Manchester Mule. That’s Finlandia vodka twisted with fresh lime, bitters and Vimto, Manchester’s own nectar of the gods, all topped with ginger ale to give this zesty aperitif a bit of spice.
Fancy yourself a dab hand at cocktail shaking? Then get behind the bar and whip up some iconic cocktail creations. The Liquor Store cocktail academy will turn you and your friends into mixology masters with their new and improved cocktail classes.
The Liquor Store opened its second venue on First Street in October and it has quickly become a honeypot for diners and drinkers alike.
With a menu that boasts a range of tantalising American treats, the First Street venue takes a step up from the Deansgate watering hole and offers a full menu of starters, mains and sides.
An evening at The Liquor Store just wouldn’t be the same without a meat feast platter, piled high with buttermilk chicken, BBQ ribs, pig cheek and apple sliders, Brunswick beans and skin on fries.
For a true taste of the USA, be sure to check out the sides including indulgent accompaniments such as pulled brisket chilli and the latest food favourite, freckles – deep fried pickles with a creamy blue cheese dipping sauce.
Both Deansgate and First Street venues stay true to their roots. There’s Mancunian passion coursing through their veins with pictures and quotes from the likes of Oasis, Ian Brown and Morrissey decorating the walls, plus a dash of Americana.
The ‘double your bar tab’ offer is available Monday-Sunday. All reservations must be booked in advance with a deposit. A minimum deposit of £25 must be made in return for a £50 bar tab on arrival.
