Calling all foodies! Join Vegetarian Society for an evening Supper Club.
It’s a wonderful alternative to going out for dinner – you’ll eat delicious food and learn new skills.
Cook along with our expert tutors to make a gorgeous meal before sitting down to devour it. Whether you book with friends or come by yourself, you’ll enjoy a relaxing, social atmosphere as you unwind, chat and eat great food.
Our supper clubs fill very quickly – we advise booking early to avoid disappointment!
Recipes you are likely to make include:
- Louisiana: Louisiana Style Cajun Gumbo, Spring Onion Rice, Jalapeno Corn Bread and Smoked Paprika and Garlic Crispy Okra Fries
- British: Pressed Mushroom Steak and Onion Pie with Potato, Parsnip and Cannellini Bean Mash, Sautéed Peas, Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Pickled Red Cabbage
- Turkish: Sumac and Cumin Chickpea Kofte, Turkish Ezme Sauce, Oregano Flatbread, Soslu Patlican (Aubergine in a Rich Tomato Sauce), Piyaz Salad (Tomato and Onion Salad in a Sumac Dressing)
You’ll be able to make the recipes you learn on this class at home, time and time again. After your cookery experience, you will be emailed a pack for you to keep containing all of the recipes you learned on the day.
