Any age, any stage, Women at a stage in life that would like to practice with other like-minded Women going through Perimenopause or Menopause. This is the perfect course for you if you have never done yoga before, tried yoga before but were not sure how to modify your practice to suit your body.
My Yoga for Perimenopause or Menopause classes is suitable for all levels. The space will support all abilities, a safe space to ask questions, adjusted to your body type/build and is non-judgmental. This practice will be multi-level ensuring you can benefit from the modifications and progressions throughout the course.
Common ailments: Hot or Cold flushes or flashes. Night sweats, Fatigue. Insomnia, Achy body. Brain Fog. Osteopenia / Osteoporosis.
Yoga doesn’t stop the body changing, but will support you during the time of change.
