Acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc has opened his first Brasserie Blanc in Greater Manchester, bringing a taste of France to Hale Barns.
A stone’s throw from Manchester Airport, the brasserie boasts a stunning bar open all day every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, nibbles and everything in between, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely visit or business catch-up.
On warmer days, feel truly continental with al fresco dining on the showstopper terrace. With its sumptuous food and stylish surroundings, you’ll feel transported to the warmer climes of the French Riviera.
The brasserie serves delicious home-cooked French food with a contemporary twist, alongside international dishes inspired by Raymond’s travels.
The summer menu is a collaborative effort between Raymond Blanc and the Brasserie Blanc chef team led by Clive Fretwell and is brimming with seasonal delights. It’s complemented beautifully by a carefully selected wine list and an extensive choice of cocktails and spirits.
Expect fabulous, affordable food that has been freshly prepared using only the finest seasonal ingredients. You can also enjoy a sensational Sunday lunch and sample Chef’s Specials that change daily and champion local and fresh produce.
“I am so proud that we have just opened our first Brasserie Blanc in the wonderful city of Manchester,” Raymond tells us. “It is a city that I am very fond of – such a cultural beacon of music, and the arts and fantastic, friendly people.
“We hope the new Brasserie Blanc will become a firm favourite, not just with those jetting off on holidays but also, most importantly, with the local community too.
“We have the most stunning bar that will be open all day and, of course, we will be serving delicious home-cooked French food. Some dishes will even have a contemporary international twist inspired by my travels. And in beautiful weather like this, what’s better than dining with friends and family on our beautiful outside terrace?
“So come along and see us in Hale Barns – we can’t wait to welcome you to a little bit of France in Manchester!”
With mains starting at just £10.95 it all sounds very tempting to us. What’s more, if you sign up to their database, you can enjoy 25% off a la carte mains on your first visit.
Brasserie Blanc is located inside the Marriott Manchester Airport hotel (next to San Carlo), and has its own separate entrance. You don’t have to be a hotel resident to dine in the restaurant.
