There’s a new celebrity hang-out on the Manchester block and it’s still hot from a star-studded launch night.

“…a prism of slick beauty…”

If you’re the type to smirk at the batted-about term ‘celebrity’, then listen up: new club LIV was graced by no less than four Manchester United stars on it’s opening evening last week.

Juan Mata, Shinji Kagawa, David De Gea and Alex Buttner – celebrating that 4-0 win against Newcastle – were just some in attendance at the luxurious opening last Saturday.

The décor is a prism of slick beauty, sure to attract more local celebrities and stylish people of Manchester for a late night fizz.

LIV comes in direct consequence of Mo Mohamud’s previous private members venture: The Circle Club, which closed last year. Swiftly filling his own gap in the market then, is this brand new high end club on Peter Street at the former Chicago café.

What with a press viewing this Thursday, we’ve no doubt that if it’s good enough for the Reds, it’ll be better than good enough for us.

Peter Street, Manchester M2 5QR
