We’re well aware that knowing where to start when there is so much good stuff on the menu can be a little overwhelming so we’ve put together a few of our favourite healthful dishes to tantalise your taste buds.

Spring Rolls (vegan)

Vegan food seems to be taking over the city so you’ll be happy to know that not only is this dish completely delicious, it’s also completely free of animal products or any processed nasties. The Asian basil is tangy and the peanut dip compliments the fragrant flavours perfectly. Clean, nourishing and tasty- and not a sign of pale iceberg lettuce anywhere.

Chicken Pad Krapow

This dish has mastered the art of locking in flavour and keeping things healthy at the same time. Wok fried in a fiery oyster sauce with red chillies and red peppers, it certainly packs a punch. If you can handle the heat, chicken pad krapow is a brilliant option for anyone who’s craving a hearty meal but doesn’t want to forfeit their diet.

Katsu Curry (vegetarian)

A must try is the famous Katsu Curry where you can gorge on a foodie favourite and know that it’s low in fat, sugar and an excellent source of protein. This delicious curry concoction comes with a tantalisingly tasty side salad and can be eaten as a chicken dish or with sweet potato.

Chicken Chili Lemongrass

Low in saturated fat, low in sugar, rich in protein and an excellent source of vitamins, you really can’t go wrong with a spot of chili chicken. It’s cooked to perfection and comes with sweet red peppers, lemongrass and a generous helping of oyster sauce. It’s healthy and refreshing with absolutely no sign of stodgy deep fried indulgence. Winner winner chicken dinner.

Ramen Soup Seafood

Only 40kcal per 100ml, fat free, low sugar, high in protein, and a brilliant source of good nutrients, this flavourful food fix will have you feeling healthier in a flash. It arrives in a bowl as big as your head with a deep clear broth and garnished with a generous ensemble of sumptuous seafood treats. Food porn indeed.


The staff at Tampopo are super friendly and always on call to lend a helping hand should you want to tweak a dish or two or fancy more recommendations. The food comes quickly so it’s a brilliant place for a lunch stop and the communal tables are perfect for a crowd. And you don’t have to break the bank to dine here.
