The beautifully Swedish Rekorderlig Summer Garden will open late April, in Great Northern Square offering a Swedish inspired garden space for fashionable, fair-weathered drinkers.

The garden will be a Beautifully Swedish haven with an inviting chill out area to reflect the easy going Swedish way of life. Revellers can relax in the garden which features day chairs, picket fencing, parasols and a garden games area – perfect for playing a spot of Kubb (a traditional Swedish garden game).

“The Great Northern is the place to be this summer for indoor and outdoor antics…”

The log cabin bar will be offering a full range of refreshing cider flavors all day long, as well as an innovative range of Rekorderlig Cider cocktails and new Swedish lager, Abro.

Also on board are the creators of Manchester’s infamous Liquor Trails – The Liquorists – who have created a delicious summer cocktail menu using the crisp and refreshing Rekorderlig ciders as the main ingredient. The Liquorists have educated and activated the taste buds of Manchester for years and have never failed to deliver a range of great tasting drinks.

Come rain or shine this summer in Manchester, the Summer Garden will be hosting a range of special events, Swedish BBQ’s, ping pong tournaments and music events! The garden will be keeping Manchester updated with their events calendar through Twitter and Facebook plus holding competitions for drinkers, fashion lovers and fans of the great outdoors!

Emma Greathead project manager of the The Rekorderlig Summer Garden says:

“The Great Northern is the place to be this summer for indoor and outdoor antics and the Rekorderlig Summer Garden is the perfect Swedish oasis created to celebrate the long awaited summer sunshine vibes!”

The Rekorderlig Summer Garden opens at the Great Northern Square on Thursday 25th April, with a media and VIP launch party on Thursday 2ndMay.
