‘Light’ Exhibition aims to showcase a wide range of art from paintings, photography, textiles and sculptures.
All artworks will have the theme of light, but this is up to the artist to interpret. It could be a physical representation, the light of day, light within a sculpture, light and heavy textures, anything that represents light! This is an open call exhibition aiming to showcase a huge selection of Greater Manchester’s best artists, with additional events on also.
There is a private viewing on Thursday the 14th September at 6:30pm till 9pm with tickets available via Eventbrite. Grab tickets now for a chance to view all the incredible artwork before it’s open to the public! The launch night is a great chance to come along and chat to all the amazing local artists that will be featured in the exhibition and grab a free drink as well.
The exhibition will be open to the public from Friday the 15th to the 30th of September from 10am- 5pm with it being closed on Monday and Tuesdays.
There will also be a Night Landscape workshop on Thursday the 21st alongside the exhibition as well as an art talk on Thursday the 28th.
