The beautiful Cloud 23 at the Hilton Manchester, which has to be one of the most stunning venues in town, especially after it’s recent regurbishment, has now launched a new food menu.
Because of logistics, this was the one thing lacking at the otherwise perfect cocktail venue, which had offered platters to soak up the alcohol in the past but nothing hot.
David Gale, an excellent chef and one of the best in town, has come up with an innovative range of sharing plates from £6.50, with snacks such as homemade crisps (absolutely fabulous) at £3.50 and a range of sweet platters.
It was a bit of bun fight (quite literally) when we went to try them out so I didn’t get to sample everything, but what I did was superb and a great way to dine and nibble, indulging in some great cocktails as well.
My favorites were the lobster and the Indian sharing plate. It’s definitely worth a trip to indulge yourselves and make the most of the wonderful views and setting.
See the new menu below.
