Tired of your 9-5? Fancy swapping your desk for the world’s largest inflatable obstacle course? Then look no further. The business of bouncing may be the career you have long been dreaming of.

The biggest bouncy castle in the world is coming to Manchester this month, and Monster are looking for an Inflatable Obstacle Course Tester to try out the course before the public.

It sounds like a job that will put a spring in your step, and it gets better – it’s a paid position, offering a salary of £150 per day.

The 300 metre long obstacle course contains 42 brand new obstacles including the 18 metre Mega Slide, the juicy Tunnel of Love and the ominously named Bouncy Cage of Doom.

In order for applications to be accepted, hopefuls will be required to submit an online application alongside a video shared on social media showcasing their bouncing abilities with the hashtag #TheMonsterUk.

The paid position will require applicants to undergo a rigorous selection process in order to assess their abilities in stringently and successfully managing all aspects of Monster testing.

The Monster ethos is firmly built around the personal and professional development of all staff, enabling opportunities for scope and progression should the successful candidate excel in undertaking all aspects of inflatable evaluation duties.

“The Monster is not just about strength and endurance, it’s about having the best day out ever” says Nick Zuppar from The Monster.

“Our Official Inflatable Obstacle Course Tester will be in charge of making sure The Monster is as fun as possible, and will be responsible for testing every square metre of it before we open to the public in each city.

“It’s a big job, with big responsibilities… and probably the best job in the world. We can’t wait to find our new bouncy colleague!”

Good luck with your application. And remember to be puncture-al.

The Monster comes to Manchester Central from 25-28 May.
