Morphe Manchester Arndale

Huge queues are expected this weekend when US beauty brand Morphe launches its new store in Manchester Arndale.

The rule-breaking beauty retailer will hold a special launch event for fans, throwing open its doors from 7am this Saturday 23rd November 2019.

Make-up artists and Instagram influencers Page Louise (@PLouise) and Mitchell Halliday  (@Mmmmitchell) will host the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by an exclusive meet and greet with 250 randomly selected Morphe beauty fans.

Page Louise, who hails from Denton, is credited with creating the ‘world’s best eyeshadow primer.’

Bolton-born MUA Mmmmitchell, meanwhile, has long been a rising star, first coming into the public eye at 17 when his boyband made it onto the bootcamp stage on The X-Factor.

A year later, he landed a spot on US show American Beauty Star and was mentored by Beyonce’s make-up artist Sir John. Today, he is behind some of the most glamorous faces on Instagram and counts the magnanimous Jeffree Star as his BFF.

Founded in 2008 among the artists and influencers of Los Angeles, Morphe has gathered a huge following amongst beauty fans with its high-performing rich pigmented palettes and flawless formulas.

Morphe carries highly sought after brands such as Jeffree Star Cosmetics, Lunar Beauty and Iconic London. Newly added brands include SUVA Beauty, OFRA Cosmetics, NABLA Cosmetics and P.Louise.

The brand is known for its full spectrum of professional quality tools and make-up, including over 300 brushes and highly coveted palettes. It also has in store beauty advisers on hand to offer expert advice.

It has also launched a number of best-selling influencer collaborations with creators such as Jaclyn Hill, James Charles and Jeffree Star.

Morphe is currently distributed in 48 retail stores throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom and will be available in 50 retail stores by the end of 2019.

Registration for the meet and greet is now closed and entry will be managed using wristbands between 11am and 1.30pm.
