Mancunians have never been shy to celebrate victories. That’s why 200,000 people hit the streets of Manchester to celebrate the success of the Olympic & Paralympic games.

Winning a total of 264 medals in Rio, this was hailed as Team GB’s greatest ever Olympic Games. That great that even local schools let pupils finish early to catch the start of the parade.
