Gingers Comfort Emporium
Making small batch of inventively flavoured real dairy ice cream, sorbet and vegan ice cream since 2010, Ginger’s was started as a passion project by Claire Kelsey, then a chef and food stylist, with no other aim than to refurbish an old ice cream van into something quirky and useful.
It has gone from strength to strength and showcases some amazing flavours like ‘Marmalade On Toast’, ‘Olive Oil & Sea Salt’, and ‘Chorlton Crack’ – salted caramel peanut butter. Sweet treats indeed!
