Our very own slice of Cuba in the heart of Manchester, Revolution de Cuba is a rum-inspired cocktail bar offering the best bits from the Caribbean island: the food, the drinks and the music. Although they now have 19 bars across the country, our very own is located on Peter’s street, just across the street from Manchester Opera House.
Patatas bravas, chilli jam-glazed halloumi, and roasted Chorizo. Chicken enchiladas, jackfruit burritos and Paella de Cuba. The exotic flavours of Cuban cuisine shines through the restaurant’s food, and compliments their ever-growing cocktail menu.
The cuban cocktail bar provides a variety of menus for all sorts of occasions. Tapas for light lunches, main plates for bigger appetites, and even a ‘fiesta’ menu for parties and celebrations, which includes a buffet full of flavour.
Rev de Cuba have also created a menu specially created for worker bees who don’t get the longest of lunch breaks. Grab sandwiches, wraps or salads from £6 each, every Monday to Friday until 5pm.
As for the drinks… Rev de Cuba bring you cocktails classics with their own swing on things; a creative and colourful menu including ‘Pornstar Rumtinis’, ‘Caribbean Island Ice Teas’ and the iconic ‘Pina Colada’, all available until 2am (3am Thursdays to Saturdays). Make sure you don’t miss out on Happy Hour, 3-7pm Mondays to Fridays, where you can get 2-4-1 cocktails and £3.50 pints of Mahou!
