January is a time for re-setting and refreshing after an indulgent Christmas and a heavy New Year.
However, if your Christmas gathering seems practically impossible to arrange during the festive season, don’t worry because the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly has got you covered.
They’ll be kicking off the New Year with a flapper-themed party promising all the glamour and razzle-dazzle of the roaring twenties, transporting you into the glamorous world of the 1920’s, Great Gatsby style.
Prepare for an amazing evening with their impressive jazz and blues singer on arrival between 6 and 7pm, followed by a delicious three-course dinner and finished off with a boogie on the dance floor to party classics provided by the hotel’s resident DJ.
The hotel’s chefs are preparing quite the feast for you to enjoy. You’ll start with a plate of goats’ cheese, maple caramelised walnuts, balsamic beetroot, spinach and red apple – and a glass of something nice to go with, of course.
For mains, you’ll tuck into butter roast turkey, sausage wrapped in bacon, sage, onion & cranberry stuffing, pan roast gravy – or asparagus, leek & potato bake and a herb sauce for vegans and veggies.
To finish there’ll an indulgent helping of white chocolate cheesecake, served with salted caramel sauce and toffee popcorn.
It takes place on Saturday 12th January 2019 and costs £29pp, with early bird tickets on sale until Friday 14th December for just £20pp. The disco will run from 9 pm to late with carriages at midnight.
Don’t miss out on what promises to be an evening full of sparkle and glamour even Jay Gatsby would approve of.
