As you have probably heard, The Christmas Markets have begun. An array of over 300 stalls across the city centre made up of mouth watering barbeque and hog roasts, traditional German sausages and schnitzel, mountains of cheese and cured meats, vintage clothing and jewellery and of course an abundance of Christmassy art and crafts for everyone.
The opening night was of course a huge hit, packed full of overly eager shoppers and after work drinkers sipping on mulled wine and every other boozy hot drink you could imagine. It seems the city has embraced the cold and is ready for the holiday season.
Some may find the idea of shopping in this environment slightly daunting. The I Love Manchester crew has done all the hard work for you… Whilst enjoying a mug or two of course. As we worked our way through the crowds, trying our very best not to stop and eat every few minutes, we picked out the five best stalls of the Christmas Markets for 2014! Seek and you will find…
