There’s no shortage of beer gardens in Manchester, but are you ready to try something different? The only gin terrace outside London opens on Wednesday 13 July when Northern Quarter bar and restaurant Rosylee open a fantastic outdoor drinking area in partnership with Bloom Gin.

Rosylee know a good gin when they taste one. Known for its light and floral flavours, Bloom is a London dry gin produced at the oldest distillers in the UK by Joanne Moore, who is celebrating her 10th anniversary as master gin distiller.

The dedicated terrace at Rosylee is one of the best sun traps in the city and is set to prove that a London Dry can still be celebrated in style in rainy Manchester. Just be sure to take your tipple into Rosylee’s relaxed lounge area if the weather turns!

The Gin Terrace is set to be a relaxed destination this summer and will be open every day from 12pm to 10pm for some of the best gin drinking options on offer including five exclusive cocktails.

These are ideal summer drinks – like Bloom gin and tonic with fresh strawberries and the Bloom French 75 – gin with fresh lemon juice topped with prosecco! With some beautiful flavours lined up including elderflower crush and pear bellini, you won’t be disappointed.

Mark Andrew, managing director at MAD Ltd, owners of Rosylee, says: “We wanted to celebrate our amazing outdoor terrace at Rosylee in style this summer, and we know how much Manchester folk love gin – so we’ve created the perfect place for them to indulge in their favourite tipple.”
