The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
Quaytickets operate within The Lowry and provide ticket solutions for all activities that take place in the venue as well as contact centre and ticket sales services to over 50 clients across the UK.
We are looking for a Ticketing Team Leader to assist in the efficient management of the contact centre based ticket sales team. Working in our 50 seat contact centre the successful candidate will ensure that the highest levels of customer care are provided at all times whilst maintaining a specific focus on business goals in terms of maximizing ticket sales and revenue.
Excellent communication; customer care and people and performance management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of computerised Box Office systems and of Call Centre Management Systems. They will also have experience of managing staff and of managing the day to day operations of a team in a contact centre environment.
Please note that the working pattern for this role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
