Thai cuisine is one of the tastiest foods on the planet – fresh, healthy and potentially mind blowingly spicy!  Authentic ingredients are readily available, chef will explain where an how to source them. Join us to explore the amazing flavours that can be achieved using traditional techniques.

Cookery Class & Meal: Extended cookery class including time to enjoy eating your dishes in the dining room. Take home any leftovers!

All classes are adaptable for most allergies and dietary requirements, just let us know in the notes when booking.

What’s included:

• Glass of fizz, beer or soft drink on arrival. Enjoy the food you create in the dining room at the end of the class, any leftovers can be taken home – bring suitable containers!
• We provide all ingredients and can cater to most dietary needs, please tell us in the notes when booking. Copies of the recipes emailed to you after the class.

The added bonus is the washing up is all done for you!
