January 6 and 13- Bibimbap with Korean BBQ marinated tofu, crispy oyster mushrooms, fried egg, and crispy chilli oil. With kimchi slaw and hot and sour instant pickle.
February 3 and 17- Louisiana style Cajun Gumbo, spring onion rice, jalapeno corn bread, crispy okra fries, and griddled apple, chicory, and kale salad.
March 17 and 31- Tofu katsu curry, sticky rice, okonomiyaki, Asian slaw, instant pink pickle
