Senior Recruitment Business Partner - 12 months FTC - Upto £50,000 - Manchester / Hybrid
Are you an in-house or RPO recruitment professional who is keen to carry out a role which not only gives the opportunity to be hands on with resourcing for senior hires, but also work on multiple projects across the business?
This is a rare opportunity to carry out an extremely varied role, which while being offered on an FTC basis, isn't merely about maintaining the status quo. While in post you will be able to lead and drive a number of business critical projects including building line manager capability and getting ahead of sector changes that will impact resourcing. You will be visible across the business and very much be operating as a senior member of the HR team. With a small team supporting you, you will be responsible for both external hires and also internal moves, along with graduate and early careers schemes.
Ideally you will have carried out a varied recruitment position previously, gained from either an in house or RPO environment, and will be well versed in various resourcing techniques and methodology. You will also be confident when dealing with senior stakeholders, and will have previously worked on a wide range of resourcing related projects. We are ideally looking for someone is is immediately available or on no more than 4 weeks notice.
