Roti - Boiler Room Takeover

Roti is a Scottish / Indian fusion restaurant (yes you read that right) with sites in Chorlton and Sale, and will be taking over the kitchen at The Boiler Room on Burton Road.

They take some Scottish (and British) classics and give them an Indian makeover (check out their ‘Mince & Tatties, ‘Mini Fish & Masala Potatoes’, ‘Haggis Pakora’ and ‘Scotch Egg’). It doesn’t stop there, in their restaurants you can find the ‘Irn-Bru’ Negroni, ‘Deep Fried Mars Bar’ in a special Indian spiced batter, and of course some excellent curries.

With so many herbs, spices and cooking techniques used in Indian cooking, they decided to go down the social eating route and serve their creations in smaller dishes turning any visit into a truly gastronomic experience.
