The Manchester Wellbeing Festival will feature some of the biggest names in wellness, with classes to move our bodies and talks to stimulate our minds.
Highlights include Manchester presenter and fitness guru Gemma Atkinson, TV Star, Jungle Queen and Masterchef finalist Vicky Pattison, celebrity personal trainers Alice Liveing and Faisal Abdalla, Government Ambassador for Mental Health Dr Alex George, nutritionist Dr Hazel Wallace and celebrity DJ Fat Tony, among others.
Talks will cover everything from how to improve our mental health, overcome anxiety and build confidence to advice on hormones, nutrition, immunity and beating addiction. Barre and yoga classes will be delivered by our fitness partner - Manchester-based BLOK, and Alice Liveing and Faisal Abdalla will host fitness workouts.
THE LINE UP
Personal trainer, Women's Health columnist and bestselling author Alice Liveing kickstarts each day with a strength work out and on Sunday Alice interviews special guests about the importance of building mental and physical resilience.
Actress, fitness guru and Hits Radio host Gemma Atkinson shares her fitness advice on how to feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and comfortable in your own body. Gemma will be signing copies of her books The Ultimate Body Plan and The Ultimate Body Plan for Mums.
Dr Alex George
Presenter and UK Government Ambassador for Mental Health, Dr Alex George addresses our modern health issues. Dr Alex will be signing copies of his book Live Well Every Day.
DJ Fat Tony
One of club culture's most notorious and best loved figures, DJ Fat Tony tells stories of hedonism and self-destruction in his book I Don't Take Requests - and of recovery, redemption and friendship.
Dr Hazel Wallace

Talks do not need to be booked.
