Each month we will be working with a restaurant to present an exciting menu matched with our lagers and served in our taproom within touching distance of our brew house.
On Thursday 21st October we welcome Bread Flower to our supper club.
Established in lockdown 2021. Long-term friends Maya Black and Scarlett Jamieson combined their love of sourdough baking and flower arranging to launch Bread Flower.
Based at Kampus in Manchester city centre, they are known for their New York style sourdough bagels, schmears and seasonal flowers.
The full menu will be revealed closer to the time and will be inspired by 'ferments and flowers' bringing together Bread Flower's love of sourdough and flowers with another favourite ferment - beer. The unique autumnal menu will feature warming dishes celebrating pickled and preserved food and garnished with edible flowers. Each course will be paired with a Manchester Union beer.
