Learn how to make your own delicious vegan cheeses. In this class you’ll discover how to make soft cheeses, hard cheeses and even vegan cheese that melts! We will teach you when and how to use cheesecloths, and show you how to mix up your base with cashews, coconut, almonds or tofu. You’ll also master flavourings with herbs, chilli, black pepper and much more, for really tasty results.
