A fantastic opportunity has arisen and we are looking for a talented dynamic hands on Sous Chef to join our established kitchen team at The Lowry. You will help prepare, cook and serve food for all Hospitality areas of The Lowry including our Pier Eight Restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring a constant high standard of quality and customer service.
You will possess the ability to work under direction, within a team or on your own initiative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality food, fresh ingredients and delivering outstanding menus. Experience of working in a high quality, high volume, fast paced kitchen is essential.
