Responsibilities of Guest Service Host.
The role is a dual aspect role with responsibilities that include security as well as hospitality. You will be the public face of the Corn Exchange and should always act with professionalism. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.
Be an ambassador of the site delivering first class guest focussed service each and every time.
Maintains their work space, which is the public areas of the venue, performing any and all housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and adhere to control and security policies.
Has knowledge of relevant policies and procedures for all clientele.
Works as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributing to the efforts of all departments.
Champion any and all client requirements.
Safeguarding the site creating a non-threatening environment for all visitors/tenants.
Deal efficiently and effectively in all emergencies ensuring the centre team/tenants are kept fully always informed.
Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as detailed in the site assignment Instructions, being always proactive.
Ensure a timely response to all security issues and events.
Essential Requirements:
Qualifications
Must meet all requirements to receive required SIA badges (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and 5 year work history. Training will be provided if required.
