Cuerpo Nombrado ('Named body') is a dance collection, an alternation of different dances, united by the common tonality and graceful manner of Paula Comitre ’s performance.
The dancer performs literally on an open stage: there is nothing that would distract from Paula's dance, no decorations and no additional elements. All attention is focused on the dance, on its character, form, and dynamics. The dance breathes freely and easily, the boundaries move apart, and the action develops as if it was outside the theatre walls. All metamorphoses and transformations take place in right front of the audience´s eyes. This is a female dance, performed on an open stage. Paula will be joined by Juan Campallo (guitar) and Miguel Ortega (singer).
Paula Comitre is one of the greatest talents of the contemporary flamenco world. Born in Sevilla 1994.
