Kick It Out and the National Football Museum are proud to announce that we have once more joined forces to provide a platform for individuals to share and discuss solutions to underrepresentation in the football industry.
We look forward to hosting this Create the Space event, which will be comprised of two panel discussions, firstly the ‘Looking Back’ panel, in which Kick It Out's Raise Your Game Coordinator Crystal Davis will be joined by National Football Museum Curator Belinda Scarlett and Holly Morgan, captain of Leicester City Women.
Our second panel ‘The Present’ will then discuss lived experiences and challenges from notable up and coming women from across the football industry. This includes; Zuleikha Chikh (Kick It Out Game Changer), Maria-Jose Martinez (Kick It Out Game Changer) Renuka Odedra (Freelance Sports Journalist) and Jess Furness (National Football Museum).
Speaking ahead of the event, Crystal Davis says, “We are looking forward to working together to deliver an event which will generate meaningful discussions, and allow young people to share their own experiences. We want to have an open discussion about identifying solutions, which could hopefully open up more opportunities for young people across the football industry.”
In total, the event should last around one hour and we look forward to seeing you there.
