15th July: Vietnamese Street Food (£85) Naturally low in dairy and fat, you will learn repeatable meals to enjoy making at home.
17th July: Cooking Together - BBQ Night (£150 for two) a blend of meal out and cookery class – sociable foodie fun, pick up tips and tricks for BBQing for your friends.
19th July: Cookery - skills for life - age 14-18 (£100) Teaching teens to be self-sufficient in the kitchen. Dishes on the day will cover easy, nutritious mid-week meals; dishes from different cuisines; batch cooking; with vegetarian / meat / fish alternatives.
2nd August: Family cooking day - cooking together - £140 for adult & child (£140) 10am-12 noon – preparing a main & side, plus desert to enjoy eating in the company of others. 12-1pm – eat in the dining room, relax on the balcony or take a stroll down the river. 1-3pm – prepare an evening meal to take and enjoy at home.
