Casual Chef

The Lowry is looking for talented, dynamic Casual Chefs to join our established team of chefs and kitchen staff helping prepare, cook and deliver our high standard of food from our modern and exciting menus. You will work across all areas of Hospitality with a focus on pre-theatre dining in The Lowry's stylish 168-seater Pier Eight Restaurant. The roles also give opportunity to assist in the preparation of food for visiting conferences and for our many special events such as weddings, graduations, and our renowned Christmas parties.

The role is offered on a casual basis giving you the opportunity and flexibility to select from available shifts. You will possess the ability to work under direction, within a team or on your own initiative.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality food, fresh ingredients and delivering outstanding menus. Experience of working in a high quality, high volume and fast paced kitchen is essential.
