Kellogg’s cereals are already a staple in kitchens across the country. But now a new meal service from the household brand is set to make us think twice about the way we enjoy our grains.

Kellogg’s has just teamed up with Deliveroo to launch a delivery-only meal service, exclusive to Manchester and London. But they won’t just be selling bowls of Rice Krispies and Cornflakes.

Instead, the brand has collaborated with a team of experienced chefs to create a special menu incorporating some of their best-loved cereals and cereal bars.

Designed to offer something new to the cereal lover, be it morning, noon or night, each of the dishes on offer uses popular Kellogg’s products to boost the fibre and protein content in some of our favourite meals.

Plant inspired options include falafel wraps and grilled halloumi with barley tabbouleh (both made using Kellogg’s Bran Flakes), and savoury waffles made with Kellogg’s All Bran original, spinach, poached egg and avocado.

There’s also vegan roasted miso squash and Rice Krispies risotto, or freshly made pasta with Kellogg’s Corn Flakes and Bran Flakes served with porcini mushroom, spring onion and lentils.

Enticing ‘fast food’ style choices include hot dogs made with All Bran, beetroot, oats and lentils or cheesy Corn Flakes cheese bites.

And for sweet tooths, Kellogg’s inspired waffles, flapjack sweet cereal pizzas and Nutri-grain cheesecake bars are all on offer.

Justin Landsberger, director at Deliveroo said: “We can’t wait to work with the team. At Deliveroo, innovation is at our core so we’re excited to partner with Kellogg’s and create some exciting new foodie options inspired by their most popular products.”

Ben Ellis, manager Kellogg’s Kitchen Creations said: “In our 97-year history of selling food in the UK, this will be the first Kellogg’s kitchen delivering meals inspired by our cereal and snacks directly to people in their homes.

“We’re excited to see how people react to the food we are offering and if it’s something we can continue to do in other parts of the UK in the future.”

The food outlet launched in East London and Manchester this month with its eclectic range of protein-packed vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Kellogg’s Kitchen Creations will open through Deliveroo Editions hubs of delivery-only super kitchens and bring meals directly to your door from their fleet of riders in under 30 mins.
