For the month of February you can enjoy a whole lobster, grilled to perfection. This seafood special, for £22.50, is available at the Blackhouse restaurants’ The Grill On The Alley and The Grill On New York Street.

Served with home-cut chips and thermidor sauce or garlic butter, the high heat turns the lobsters’ shells a rosy red and steams the tender flesh to infuse devine flavour.
