Led by local instructor Will Mitchell and open to yogis of all abilities, whether you’re a grade A novice or a warrior pose expert, bring some mindfulness and calm to your morning with this revitalising practice.

Classes take place every Wednesday from 21 March at 7.30am and cost £15 per person which includes a healthy smoothie, coffee and granola and yoghurt breakfast and yoga mat on top of the one hour instructed class to fuel you up for your day ahead.
