Head to RHS Bridgewater this summer for six weeks of hands-on fun and woodland adventures. From den building and forest school to crafts, tree climbing and storytime, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

The Big Den Build*
Thursday 7 to Saturday 9 August
90-minute sessions at 10am, 11.45am, 2pm and 3.45pm – Victoria Meadow
Join Woodland Tribe and build a giant adventure castle using real tools and teamwork.
Ages 4+, £10 per child, £5 per adult. Booking required.
Tree Climbing*
Wednesday 30 July to Friday 1 August
Bookable one-hour sessions, 10am to 5pm
Climb safely into the treetops with expert instructors.

Little Explorers: Wildlife Spotting Walk*
30 July, 14, 20 and 28 August
Sessions at 11am, 12.15pm and 1.30pm – Meet at the Welcome Building
A gentle guided walk to spot woodland wildlife.

Forest School Activities (Monday to Friday, 11 to 29 August excluding 25 August)
All sessions take place at the Woodland Basecamp
- Woodland Crafts: Drop-in from 10.30am to 11.30am
Enjoy leaf bashing, weaving and nature sewing. No booking needed.
All ages - Craft Workshops*: 12–12.30pm and 12.30–1pm
Make clay creatures, worry dolls and more using forest techniques.
Ages 6+, £2 per child. Booking required. - Fire Making Workshops*: 1.30–2.15pm and 2.15–3pm
Learn to safely make a fire and pop some popcorn.
Ages 8–12, £2 per child. Booking required. - Tools Workshops*: 3.15–4pm and 4–4.45pm
Use real tools to craft wooden objects like gnomes or mallets.
