This plant-based cookery workshop is a celebration of everything that shines bright on the plate
Getting cooking with an abundance of leaf and stem crops, peas, beans and potatoes, alongside other roots, fruits and herbs to showcase the best of summer eating.
Recipes are likely to include:
Rhubarb, strawberry and rose ice cream sundae
Baked egg, fennel and watercress galette
Za’atar cauliflower steaks, green quinoa salad and tahini sauce
Summer Salads: Chipotle potato salad, marinated pepper and artichoke salad, shitake mushroom, rocket and seaweed salad, broccoli, lime and coriander slaw
What to expect:
- Lots of food: Don’t worry about bringing anything to eat, you’ll be nibbling and tasting throughout your cookery experience!
- A relaxed, hands-on experience, suitable for all abilities: You’ll work in pairs, groups and individually to hone your cookery skills.
- Small, friendly classes: Each class has a maximum of 12 students and you’ll have lots of time to talk to your tutor and ask questions.
