This super sociable event features our fantastic lock & key icebreaker to ensure you meet a huge number of people in one evening.
60 people, all single, all under one roof – it’s the easiest way to meet people in Manchester this Spring.
The format is simple. We attract a group of around 60+ eligible, young, single professionals and ensure there’s an equal male/female ratio in the room. We’ll then give everyone a fun way to break the ice and to ensure everyone gets to meet and speak loads of people throughout the night.
Simple? Yes. Highly effective? Oh Yes. It’s the easiest way to meet someone new in Manchester.
Nothing breaks the ice quite like it. We give girls the padlocks and guys get the keys and the aim is to find a matching pair. Try your key with as many locks as possible (or vice versa) and you’re bound to find a match.
When you find a matching set, both you and your ‘match’ head to our desk where you’ll enter our prize draw to win some great prizes at the end of the night. You also get a new lock or key so you can carry on meeting people.
The more people you meet the more chance you have of winning a prize and of course meeting someone you like too. It works amazingly well as an icebreaker and you’ll be amazed how many people you meet. It’s a lot of fun!
The lock and key will run until 10.30pm when we’ll draw the winners. The party doesn’t end here, but by then the ice will be well and truly broken.
