We invite you to our community on Sunday 28th May 2023 post run, yoga session.
Josh and I will meet you at 8:45am at the LULULEMON STORE, 7 St Ann’s Square, Manchester M2 7EF

ON THE DAY
We will start with some easy warm up stretches to prepare for your run or walk.
Once you have finished your run or walk, we will meet back at the store at around 10:45/11am for our post run yoga session. Jaina will guide you though your post run yoga practice, that will help your body and mind into recovery after your endurance training.
The Run / Walk route is planned by Josh. We run/walk as a group, but you can go at your own pace, Josh will guide us before we set off. If you can run further than 5k Josh will give you a slightly different route. He’s set up some 6 – 8k routes for some more experienced runners 🙂
AIM TO START OUR YOGA PRACTICE AT 11AM.
£5 per person includes warm up, community run club and 60 minutes post run recovery yoga practice.

Mats provided- bring your own if you wish too.
Bring a blankets / scarf / layers for comfort during our relaxation
Wear comfortable clothing, most will be in running gear, but if you do get changed I would avoid wearing jeans.
