A wonderful day of healing, restorative activities, celebration & connection.
Please join us every month for Healing Sunday, a wonderful day of healing practices, celebration, togetherness and connection. There are a wide range of open-hearted workshops, performances, conversations and meditations to enjoy, many of which are completely free, although donations are always very much appreciated.
From 10am-4pm the Great Nave, along with multiple spaces in our beautiful building, will be dedicated to restorative, healing practices. Whether you’re interested in different kinds of meditation, sacred art & music, crystals, healing or simply being in the ‘now’, we’ve got a whole range of gentle activities to make this Sunday a real tonic for the soul.

Creating sacred art
Explore your individual expression of the sacred through the visual arts, working with a variety of media over the weeks including pastel, paint collage and clay.

Transformational journeys: living life somatically
A journey to explore your deeper self; your reactions to life and how they affect your nervous system, how you get re-triggered and why you can get stuck in a victim persona via the stories and events that happened to you in the past.
2:00 – 3.30pm
One spirit service
This month’s celebration, led by Rev Fay Barratt will be on the theme of love – human and divine. Live music from the wonderful Amy-Letitia and, cellist Joseph Myer Dawson. We’ll also be joined by spiritual teacher, Angel Caroline, will be blessing us all with her powerful light transmissions.

Hour of silence
Take time out to pause and reflect. Please join us for as long or as little as you wish. Everyone welcome.
Entry to the Monastery and parking are free and our lovely Welcome Café will be open all day with a range of hip and healthy refreshments. We hope to see you on Sunday!
