Join singer-songwriter Hannah Brine for a special free gig to celebrate the launch of her debut album Blue Sky Now. Taking place at Manchester Central Library on Friday 28 June at 2pm, the live performance marks the album’s release, featuring songs inspired by the Great American Songbook and written in collaboration with top industry talents.
The album includes her recent BBC Introducing-supported single “Cobwebs & Lace”, co-written with hit songwriter Emily Phillips. Known for her elegant ballads and jazz-influenced anthems, Hannah’s style has drawn comparisons to Carole King, Norah Jones and Rumer.
Based in New Mills, Hannah has had success across a range of genres, including topping global trance charts with the 2022 single “You and I” and writing choral pieces such as Winter Lark, featured on Scala FM. She will also support Rumer at the Buxton International Festival on 20 July at the Buxton Opera House.
Expect a warm, heartfelt performance of original music from an artist with a voice described as “absolutely delightful.”
