On this course we have captured all of the magic in our collection of patisserie. Deliciously decadent chocolate eclairs, Chocolate Cremeux, classic French cream with a silky texture and intense flavour. Madeleines with their fancy shell like appearance, look simple but require attention, patience and precision, Mille-feuille or “thousand layers” in French  will feature on the day, a classic with ancient origins. Then  “la grande finale” one of the most comforting desserts A French Apple tart.

You will be cooking:

  • Choux – Traditional Éclair, Chocolate Cremeux

  • Classic Mille Feuille with Seasonal Fruit, Vanilla Cream, Flaky Pastry
