We’re back for our biggest show to date! Expect our usual friendly inclusive vibes as we bring Deekline, Boxplot and Mini da Minx to Manchester for a massive party!
As always the night will be truly multi genre with Deekline playing a classic breaks set, Boxplot bringing them Liquicity vibes and Minxy smashing an electro house set! As well, we’ve teamed up with Mista Trick Collective to make this an after party following their Manchester tour date directly before us at Rebellion!
That means there’s 8 hours of partying available, catch their band show and then join us into the early hours! “Tokens” sold separately for each event. We’ve also increased the budget for the raffle so once again, every “token” comes with free entry to Instructor Chris’s Raffle!
Deekline (Classic Breaks Set)
Deekline; DJ, producer, mega hot remixer and founder of Rat Records, Hardcore Beats, Cut & Run, Hot Cakes, Booty Breaks, and Sludge, has come along way since his smash hit “Don’t Smoke The Reefer” back in 1998. His unique and ground breaking sound blows up parties the world over, sending shockwaves through the industry leaving others inspired and following in his footsteps. With over 2 decades experience as a DJ and Producer Deekline has cemented himself in Breakbeat folklore with a huge back catalogue of music and mixes that can be heard and seen all over the internet. Deekline is going to dig deep into his record collection and bring us a classic breaks set!
Boxplot (USA, Liquicity Records)
The Boston-based producer first caught the attention of the dnb world back in 2015 and has been making a name for himself via his unique brand of dreamy beats ever since. By combining melancholic, euphoric progressions with indie and punk rock influences, it definitely gives the listener an experience to never forget. BoxPlot, having been a prominent member of the Liquicity family for a while now, and with his releases on Soul Deep, Subsphere, Fat Tape, Liquid Tones, and others, has developed that big arena vibe that started with Hospital Records and London Elektricity back in the day. Having collaborated with other top-notch drum & bass artists, Flite, Ownglow, and Voicians, Boxplot’s sound is becoming more infectious with every release.
Mini Da Minx
Electro/ House/ Breakbeat DJ with a deep passion for a dirty bassline, here’s a girl who is not scared to mix it up with all kinds of funky shit! Recently joining the Stanton Sessions, Minxy is an international DJ with peak time sets at major festivals and venues all around the UK and throughout Europe, such as the Glastonbury Festival, Shambala, Czech Beats for Love and Let It Roll, Boomtown Fair, Beatherder, Shindig, the Secret Garden Party, Isle of Wight and Portuguese Freekuency festivals, even Burning Man.
Mista Trick (DJ SETs)
Swing n bass DJ and Producer Mista Trick is in a league of his own. Mixing vintage, vaudeville vibes with distinctly down and dirty drum n bass, Mista Trick sounds like the love-child of a wartime knees-up and a 90s rave. He’s fresh, he’s fun, he’s all about the boogie. After a packed summer 2022 festival tour, including Glastonbury, Boomtown, Wilderness, Shambala, Secret Garden Party, and Camp Bestival amongst others, the ‘Do What You Do’ tour promises to bring the Mista Trick Collective signature sound and engaging stage presence to a city near you. The ‘Do What You Do’ tour, follows the release of their debut album ‘You’ earlier this year, where Mista Trick took on the challenge of creating his own original tracks with a collection of artists.
