Biryani Supper Club

Zouk Tea Bar & Grill is launching a brand-new supper club, celebrating one of South Asia’s most iconic and beloved dishes.

The first event takes place on Friday 20 June 2025, with future supper clubs held on the second or third Friday of each month.

Enjoy an evening dedicated to the rich heritage and bold flavours of biryani. The supper club offers a warm and immersive dining experience where guests can come together to savour this festive dish in a relaxed setting.

Zouk’s chefs will serve up their signature Lamb Dum Biryani and Paneer Biryani, cooked using traditional Sindhi methods in sealed pots to lock in flavour and aroma. Each dish is slow-cooked to perfection, with layers of fragrant rice, tender meat or paneer, and a blend of carefully selected spices.
