Catch Manchester-based singer-songwriter Bay Bryan live, performing music from his acclaimed debut album The Meadow as well as previewing new material from his upcoming concept record BAYARD.
Originally from the foothills of Colorado, Bay’s sound blends folk, soul and theatrical storytelling. The Meadow received critical praise, featured in the window of Piccadilly Records and was played on BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 3 and Worldwide FM.
Since the album’s release, Bay has performed at venues including Bridgewater Hall, The Jazz Cafe, HOMOBLOC and Manchester International Festival.
His next project, BAYARD, promises a shift in tone. Where The Meadow was introspective and folky, BAYARD moves into a mystical woodland of sound, full of funk and playful energy.
