Chris Martin appeared on The Graham Norton Show on Saturday night sporting a Manchester bee embroidered on a custom jacket.

The Coldplay lead singer first paid his tribute to the city when he performed with Liam Gallagher and Ariana Grande at the One Love Manchester event in solidarity. The charity concert was organised by Ariana after the terrorist attack at her gig at Manchester Arena on 22nd May 2017.

When asked about being linked with Coldplay, Liam Gallagher said “Listen, man. They’re all right man. Chris is cool.”

It appears Chris was so moved by the events in Manchester that he designed a custom jacket incorporating the Manchester Bee.

Martin was first seen sporting the bespoke Manchester bee jacket in tribute to the tragic events in the city when Coldplay played at Glastonbury in May 2021.

He loves the jacket and Manchester so much that he wore it at least twice.
